<article xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://jats.nlm.nih.gov/publishing/1.1/xsd/JATS-journalpublishing1-mathml3.xsd" dtd-version="1.1" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><front><journal-meta><journal-id journal-id-type="publisher-id">MRP</journal-id><journal-title-group><journal-title>Medical Research and Practice</journal-title></journal-title-group><issn>2993-9690</issn><eissn>2993-9704</eissn><publisher><publisher-name>Art and Design</publisher-name></publisher></journal-meta><article-meta><article-id pub-id-type="doi">10.61369/MRP.11874</article-id><article-categories><subj-group subj-group-type="heading"><subject>Article</subject></subj-group></article-categories><title>不同倾斜种植体修复方案——对牙缺失修复生物力学性能的影响</title><url>https://artdesignp.com/journal/MRP/2/12/10.61369/MRP.11874</url><author>李雨泽</author><pub-date pub-type="publication-year"><year>2024</year></pub-date><volume>2</volume><issue>12</issue><history><date date-type="pub"><published-time>2024-12-20</published-time></date></history><abstract>目的：通过三维有限元分析法了解不同倾斜种植修复方案在牙列缺失修复中应用效果。方法：选取1名志愿者，运用锥形束CT（CBCT）采集基础性信息后，通过3DCaMega光学三维系统完成基台和种植体扫描，并通过逆向工程形成相应三维有限元模型。根据上颌与下颌种植特征，设计I-VI6个实验模型，模型I（下颌牙）1号种植体为0&amp;deg;，2号种植体依次倾斜0&amp;deg;、15&amp;deg;、30&amp;deg;、45&amp;deg;；模型II（下颌牙）1号种植体依次倾斜0&amp;deg;、15&amp;deg;、30&amp;deg;、45&amp;deg;；模型III（下颌牙）1号种植体为0&amp;deg;，2号种植体依次为无悬臂、半个单位悬臂、1个单位悬臂、2个单位悬臂；模型IV（下颌牙）1号种植体为0&amp;deg;，2号种植体依次为倾斜15&amp;deg;、倾斜15&amp;deg;+1个单位悬臂、倾斜15&amp;deg;+2个单位悬臂；模型V（下颌牙）1号种植体为0&amp;deg;，2号种植体依次为I类骨质+倾斜15&amp;deg;、Ⅱ类骨质+15&amp;deg;、III类骨质+倾斜15&amp;deg;、Ⅳ类骨质+倾斜15&amp;deg;；模型VI上颌两侧的中切牙到第一磨牙+倾斜25&amp;deg;。整理不同方案下咀嚼运动下种植体应力和位移情况。结果：根据种植整体应力值来看，模型I方案A、方案B与方案C应力值较低；模型II方案A、方案B与方案C应力值较低；模型III四种方案应力无差异；模型IV 三种方案均无较大差异；模型V方案A、方案B应力值更低；模型VI应力分布为3&amp;lt;2&amp;lt;4&amp;lt;1&amp;lt;5。根据整体位移值来看，模型I方案A、方案B、方案C位移低于方案D；模型II方案A、方案B与方案C，其位移值低于方案D；方案A、方案B、方案C与方案D位移值均无较大差异性；模型IV 方案A与方案B、方案C位移值均较大差异性；模型V方案A、方案B位移值低于方案C与方案D；模型VI位移值分布为1&amp;lt;5&amp;lt;3&amp;lt;2&amp;lt;4。结论：在牙缺失修复治疗过程中，单一种植体倾斜角度&amp;lt;30&amp;deg;和一拖二（单体带悬臂）种植体倾斜角度&amp;lt;15&amp;deg;，均可到达较好的应力分布和位移效果。</abstract><keywords>倾斜种植体,牙列缺失,生物力学性能</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1]Tan D,Walline JH,Ling B,et al.High-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy versus non-invasive ventilation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients after extubation:amulticenter.randomized controlled trial[J].Crit Care,2020,24(1):489.[2]Malo P,de Araujo NM, Lopes A, et al.
