(SVS)控制近视效果临床观察</title><url>https://artdesignp.com/journal/MRP/3/4/10.61369/MRP.2025040038</url><author>刘鑫,吴桐,梁靖涵,郭欣,臧珂,颜智鹏</author><pub-date pub-type="publication-year"><year>2025</year></pub-date><volume>3</volume><issue>4</issue><history><date date-type="pub"><published-time>2025-04-20</published-time></date></history><abstract>&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 本研究旨在评估多区正向离焦眼镜（DIMS）与单焦框架眼镜（SVS）对青少年近视控制的效果。采用回顾性随机对照设计，纳入2023年6月至2024年6月南京医科大学附属眼科医院收治的100例8-16岁中低度近视患者，按自愿原则分为DIMS组和SVS组各50例。通过6、12个月随访，监测两组眼轴长度（AL）变化及并发症，并分析年龄、屈光度对DIMS效果的影响。结果显示：两组基线数据无统计学差异（P&amp;gt;0.05）。随访期间两组AL均增长，但SVS组增幅显著高于DIMS组（P&amp;lt;0.01）。亚组分析显示，DIMS组中12岁以上患者AL增幅较8-12岁组高0.09mm（P&amp;lt;0.01），中度近视组较低度组高0.19mm（P&amp;lt;0.01）。研究证实DIMS能有效延缓各年龄段近视患者眼轴增长，尤其对8-12岁低度近视青少年控制效果更显著，且未发现严重并发症。结论表明多区正向离焦眼镜可作为青少年近视防控的安全有效手段，具有临床推广价值。</abstract><keywords>近视,多区正向离焦设计框架眼镜,DIMS,框架眼镜,青少年,眼轴长度</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1] Fu AC, Qin J, Rong JB, etal.
