MRPMedical Research and Practice2993-96902993-9704Art and Design10.61369/MRP.2025050013Article结肠支架置入术治疗老年左半结直肠癌伴梗阻——临床应用效果分析https://artdesignp.com/journal/MRP/3/5/10.61369/MRP.2025050013赵昌杰,赵小华,陈林,崔业玲2025352025-05-20目的  探究结肠支架置入术在老年左半结直肠癌伴梗阻患者中应用的效果。方法  选择2022.01-2024.06在东台市人民医院因左半结直肠癌住院的患者行结肠支架置入术治疗，评价结肠支架置入术的效果及术后并发症及6个月生存率。结果  16位患者均成功置入结肠支架，其中2名患者支架置入术后出血；1名患者出现支架移位；10例患者术后选择了外科手术进一步治疗，未行外科手术的患者中有2例选择了化疗及免疫治疗。术后6个月生存率87.5%。结论  结肠支架置入术可迅速改善老年左半结直肠癌伴梗阻患者的梗阻症状，疗效确切、并发症少，提高肿瘤Ⅰ期切除率，为进一步治疗提供了可能。结肠支架置入术,左半结直肠癌,老年
