MRPMedical Research and Practice2993-96902993-9704Art and Design10.61369/MRP.8783Article护理人员对慢性病移动健康管理体验的Meta 整合https://artdesignp.com/journal/MRP/2/9/10.61369/MRP.8783林文城2024292024-09-20目的：系统评估护理人员运用移动健康开展慢性病管理的实践体会，为优化移动健康管理服务提供依据。方法：在Med-line(Ovid)、Embase、CoChrane Library、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中检索自各库建库起至2023年2月关于护理人员借移动健康开展慢性病管理体验的质性研究文献，依JBI质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量，用Meta整合方法整合原始研究结果。结果：选8篇文献，提炼66个原始结果并归纳为10类，最终综合成2个整合结果，即护士用移动健康管理慢性病的感知益处与感知障碍。结论：移动健康对护理人员慢性病管理有积极辅助作用但有应用阻碍，需从提升易用性、促进与传统方式结合、完善制度保障等方面改进以推动其有效应用。护理人员,慢性病管理,移动健康,感知益处,感知障碍
